Booth Space Price / Rules:

All exhibit spaces are a minimum of 100 square feet (10 feet x 10 feet) and can be increased in increments of 10 feet.

Corner/Line Booths - $29 per sq ft for INDA members / $35 for non-members.

These booths can have a max height of 8 ft 3 inches on the vertical wall on the floor plan. The horizontal wall can be 8 ft 3 inches for the inner 5 ft and a max of 4 ft high on the outer 5 ft.

Peninsulas / Split Islands -  $30 per sq ft for INDA members / $36 for non-members.

Split Islands share a back wall with another split island and that back wall can be up to 16 ft high. The remaining 3 walls of the booth can be open. The back wall of the booth needs to be the vertical line on the floor plan.

Island booths - $31 per sq ft for INDA members / $37 for non members

Islands need to be a minimum of 400 sq ft and these will be the only booths with the ability to have a hanging sign. Island booths can have a max height of 16 ft. Additional rules around hanging signage can be found in the exhibitor rules at the end of this prospectus.

  • Co-exhibitors are charged for sharing exhibit space with the primary exhibitor. The cost will be $250 for INDA members / $500 for non-members.

  • All Exhibitors are charged an administration fee of $300 to cover the cost of liability insurance for the Exhibitor and other administrative expenses.

Booth Prices Include:

  • A complimentary booth identification sign.

  • Two (2) complimentary Exhibit Personnel Badges will be provided for every 100 square feet of booth space.

  • Two (2) complimentary Customer Passes will be provided for every 100 square feet of booth space.

  • Access to edit your profile on the online floor plan which acts as the directory before and during the show.

  • 24-hour perimeter security services.

  • Early booking for booth space selection at FiltXPO 2028

Reservation Process

Step 1

Select your booth

Choose a booth or area that you would like and email Dan Noonan at sales@inda.org with your preferred location as well as at least 1 backup.

Step 2

Sign your contract

The team will respond quickly to finalize the preferred space and pricing. Once agreed to, you will receive a contract and invoice for your booth. The contract must be signed and returned to INDA.

Step 3

Schedule your payment

Booth payment schedules will be discussed during this process, all booths must be paid in full by Friday, October 23, 2026 or exhibitors will not be allowed to set up.
