Meeting Rooms at FiltXPO™
Secure a private meeting space at FiltXPO™ to host client meetings, internal strategy sessions, presentations, or focused discussions away from the show floor. Meeting rooms are available to both exhibitors and non-exhibitors and must be rented for the entire duration of the event.
Rental Rates
Exhibitors
- $2,000 - INDA Members
- $2,500 - Non-Members
Non-Exhibitors
- $3,000 - INDA Members
Room Setup & Policies
Meeting rooms are configured conference-style or U-shaped and include chairs and side tables based on your needs.
All setup details must be finalized by October 1, 2026.
Any changes requested during the show will incur additional charges and are the responsibility of the renter.
Branding & Signage
Each meeting room includes a digital sign outside the room featuring your corporate logo, helping attendees easily identify your space.
Renters are welcome to bring a pop-up banner for additional brand presence. Directional signage to your meeting room may be purchased through INDA.
Additional Services & Costs
Renters are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any additional services, including but not limited to:
- Internet access
- Electricity
- Telephone service
- Catering
- Audiovisual equipment
- Office equipment
